To apply for the Pathway program, please discuss your aspiration with your store partners and fill out an application form by clicking on the link below. A member of the Retail Support Team (RST) or Partner Recruitment team will then contact you to arrange a meeting or telephone interview before hopefully receiving an official invitation to Pathway.

Suitable candidates require the endorsement of their RST, and will have demonstrated a prior commitment to their own personal development and be able to evidence this through attendance on Managers CDP and/or Rx Factor courses.

The Pathway program is completely FREE for Specsavers employees. All travel and accommodation costs and the cost of the program itself is being met by Specsavers Pty Ltd. This represents a significant investment from Specsavers and emphasises the importance of the Pathway program to the future success of our business.
Both Specsavers and our Joint Venture Partners are committed to living the value of “supporting our staff to be the best they can be”.

We have a number of stakeholders on the Pathway faculty, including the Retail Support Team who support, deliver and facilitate elements of the program. Back in store, your Joint Venture Partner will be able to provide advice and counsel during your development and may also provide additional coaching and support which allows you to embed your learning in a practical setting.

Pathway intakes take place quarterly throughout the year. For a full list of important dates, including the next available intake:

Pathway Dates 2019 – 2020

16 candidates will be invited to each intake, making Pathway an exclusive opportunity for Specsavers’ top talent.
All Pathway events will be held at the “G”, our integrated support office for our partners and store network.

Specsavers Support Office, 520 Graham Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. For those arriving by car, there is plenty of free street parking around the office.

Directions:
By car from the West: Follow Princes Highway/West Gate Freeway/M1 and take exit W5 towards Todd Road. Keep left a the fork, follow signs for Cook Street/Todd Road and merge onto Cook Street. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Todd Road. Turn left onto Williamstown Road, and left again onto Graham Street.

By car from the North: Follow Citylink/M2 and take exit West Gate Freeway on the right for M1 towards West Gate Bridge/Geelong/Avalon Airport. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Todd Road. Turn left onto Prohasky Street, take the first left onto Plummer Street and the second left onto Graham Street.

By car from the East: Follow Monash Freeway/M1 and take exit Montague Street-W3 to merge onto Montague Street/State Route 30/State Route 55. Turn right onto Normanby Road, continue onto Williamstown Road and turn right onto Graham Street.

 

Venue: All events will be held at 520 Graham Street, Port Melbourne.

Dress Code: Dress code on the days is Specsavers store uniform.
